Cluster troubleshooting

When installing a client cluster, an error may occur regarding the availability of the specified IP addresses for the API server and/or Ingress.

To diagnose the network availability of IP addresses, connect via ssh to the management cluster node running undershturval-backendand run the commands as follows.

Command responses should not contain ******Connection refused|Forbidden. Errors indicate that Connection refused, which means the IP address is already in use.
