Getting started
Before you start installation, determine which license edition fits your needs: enterprise or community edition.
Installation in an open environment (from the public shturval repository) is available with any license edition.
Installation in a closed environment (no internet on any nodes or the mirror) and a semi-closed environment (no internet on nodes, internet available on the mirror) is available only with an enterprise license. In a closed environment you also need a bundle—a tar archive that contains everything required to install the platform—and the shturval mirror (stm) utility for working with the mirror. The bundle and utility are delivered to the customer together with the enterprise license. For more on mirror preparation, see Mirror setup.
