Service account requirements

You need an OpenStack-based virtualization platform in your infrastructure or a public cloud: VK Cloud, Selectel.

Service account requirements

To connect the OpenStack, VK Cloud, or Selectel provider to the Shturval platform, you need a system account in the virtualization platform with at least Kubernetes Administrator/Project Administrator permissions.

  • For VK Cloud, use the account login and password when connecting the provider.
  • You can create a service account in Selectel in the personal account under Account/Access management on the Service users tab.

Note! Avoid passwords with repeated special characters for the service account (for example, &&), as this may prevent connecting the virtualization provider.
