How to get the distribution

Community version and commercial licenses.

Community version

A Community version of the platform is available for small installations and pilot projects. For pilot projects, you can also obtain an Enterprise license by agreement with the vendor.

  • up to 10 worker nodes per installation;
  • the same functionality as the commercial version (with limitations on support and SLA);
  • installation on a single host with minimal requirements (for example, 6 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, 80 GB SSD);
  • support through the Telegram community channel and documentation.

To obtain the Community version:

  1. Contact the Telegram bot or fill out the form on the website;
  2. Receive a link to the distribution package and Community license;
  3. Install the platform according to the documentation (see Platform Administrator → Installation).

Commercial version (Enterprise)

Production environments and large installations require a commercial license:

  • full vendor support under SLA (24×7, various response levels);
  • advanced scenarios (closed loops, integrations, certification);
  • update and migration support;
  • the option to include your organization’s requirements in the roadmap.

Obtain the distribution package and license through an agreement with the vendor:

  1. Contact the sales team (website form or email);
  2. Agree on licensing terms (license type, term, number of nodes or vCPUs);
  3. Receive:
    • installation images and scripts (shtil, image bundle for the mirror, and so on);
    • license file (for use with shtil and the platform).
