Update notes

Updating a cluster to version 2.8.0 and 2.8.1 is available only from version 2.7.2.

Before starting the update, create a secret in the management cluster:

provider-secret
apiVersion: v1
kind: Secret
metadata:
  name: provider-secret
  namespace: kube-system
data:
  sshUser: <ssh_user_encoded_base64>
  sshKey: >-
        <private_key_encoded_base64>
type: Opaque

This is related to a change in the approach to managing the management cluster.
