If you find an error
If you encounter a platform error (incorrect interface behavior, failure to create a cluster, unexpected operation result, and so on) or a documentation error (typo, inaccurate description, outdated step, broken link), report it so the team can fix it.
Error in platform functionality
Report platform errors to support or feedback channels, depending on how you use the platform.
Commercial version (Enterprise)
If you use the platform under a commercial license, contact vendor support through the channels specified in your agreement (Telegram, email, support portal). Your request will be logged and handled according to the SLA.
What to include in your support request:
- Platform version;
- Brief description: what you did and what happened (expected and actual behavior);
- Steps to reproduce — step by step, if possible, so engineers can reproduce the issue;
- Environment — provider type (vSphere, oVirt, Shturval v2, and so on), Kubernetes cluster version if the error is cluster-specific;
- Error messages — text from the GUI, logs (if applicable and they do not contain confidential data), screenshots, screen recording.
The more complete your description, the faster the issue can be diagnosed and resolved.
Community version
If you use the Community version, report functionality issues in the Community Telegram channel.
Include the same information as for the commercial version: platform version, reproduction steps, expected and actual behavior, and screenshots or log excerpts without confidential data, if needed.
Error in documentation
A documentation error is a typo, inaccurate or outdated description, incorrect sequence of steps, broken link, or screenshot that does not match the current interface.
How to report:
- On the public documentation site — select the unclear or inaccurate text with your mouse and choose “Request clarification” or “Report inaccuracy”. Add a comment if needed; the report will include the page URL and the selected excerpt.
- If commercial support is available — send a request to support and note that it concerns documentation. Include the section or page URL, the relevant text, and what is wrong or missing.
- If you use the Community version — use the Community Telegram channel. Specify the page or section (menu path or URL) and what should be corrected or added.
